This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Fatboy Prints. Because most products are custom printed to your specifications, standard retail return rules for unused stock often do not apply.
1. Made-to-order products
Custom apparel and personalized items (including designs created in our studio or personalization fields such as names) are produced specifically for you. We generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or dislike of a design that matches the artwork you approved or uploaded.
Please review size charts, color swatches, and design previews carefully before ordering.
2. What we will make right
We stand behind print quality and fulfillment. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if:
- The print is defective (peeling, major misprint, wrong design applied by us)
- You received the wrong item, color, or size due to our error
- The garment arrived damaged in transit (with photos)
Approved claims are typically resolved with a reprint and reshipment at no charge, or a refund of the affected line items, at our discretion.
3. How to start a claim
Email support@fatboyprints.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged in transit)
- A short description of the problem
Do not return items unless we ask you to. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
4. Refunds
When a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days after we submit the refund.
5. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before production begins. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
6. Non-custom / stock items
If we sell non-custom stock merchandise in the future, any different return window will be stated on the product page or at checkout for that item.
